Abstract
Método para distinguir y clasificar semillas que contienen un elemento genético de interés a partir de una maestra de un lote. Dicho método comprende asociar un marcador con al menos algunas de las semillas que contienen un elemento genético deinterés de la muestra del lote, excitar las semillas usando un dispositivo emisor de energía electromagnética, evaluar en al menos algunas de las semillas de la muestra del lote la presencia o la ausencia del marcador, usando un dispositivo deevaluacion configurado para excitar una mayor parte del área superficial de las semillas, y clasificar las semillas que contienen un elemento genético de interés sobre la base de la presencia o la ausencia del marcador. En otras realizacionesdiversas, el método puede comprender asociar una proteína fluorescente roja marcadora con al menos algunas de las semillas que contienen un elemento genético de interés de la muestra del lote, evaluar en al menos algunas de las semillas de lamuestra del lote la presencia de la proteína fluorescente roja marcadora usando un dispositivo de evaluacion, y clasificar las semillas que contienen un elemento genético de interés sobre la base de la presencia de la proteína fluorescente rojamarcadora .
