Abstract

Una planta transgénica transformada por un ácido nucleico codificador e un polipéptido e caseína quinasa relacionado con el estrés (CKSRP), en donde la expresion de la secuencia de ácido nucleico en plantas da como resultado una mayor tolerancia al estrés del medio ambiente en comparacion con una variedad e la planta de tipo salvaje. También se proveen productos agrícolas, incluyendo semillas, producidos por las plantas transgénicas. También se proveen CKSRP aislados y ácido nucleico aislado codificador de CKSRP y vectores y célula huésped que contienen a estos ultimos.
