Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto representado por la formula (1A) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, en donde: R1 es R2NR3C(O)-, R2NHC(O)NH-, R2NHC(S)NH-, R2SO2NH-, R2C(O)NH-; m es 4-6; R2 es alquilo C0-2, arilo, heteroarilo, carbociclilo, -heteroaril-heteroarilo, -heteroaril-alquilo C1-4, -heteroaril-OCH3, -heteroaril-aril-halogeno, -heteroaril-arilo, -aril-arilo, -aril-SCH3, -aril-OCH3, -aril-CF3, -aril-O-alquil C2-hterociclilo, -cicloalquil C3-10-arilo, -alquilo C0-2- heterociclilo, -alquil C0-2-heteroarilo, -alquil C0-2-arilo, -alquil C0-1-heteroarilo, -aril-OCH2-arilo, -aril-CH2O-arilo, -aril-carbonilo, -aril-carbonil-arilo, -aril-C(O)CH3, -aril-O-arilo, -aril-O-heterociclilo, -aril-alquilo C1-4, -aril-O-alquil C2-3-N(CH3)(CH3), alquil C0-1-heterociclil-alquilo C0-1, alquil C0-1-heteoaril-alquilo C0-1, -heterociclilo, -heterociclil-arilo, -heterociclil-heteroarilo, -aril-heteociclilo, -aril-hteroarilo, o -CH(aril)(arilo), cualquiera de los cuales se encuentra opcionalmente sustituido con R22; R22 es alquilo C0-4, halogeno, -OH, -CF3, -SCH3, -OCH3, -NH2, -O(CH2)2N(CH3)(CH3), -OCH2-arilo, -O(CH2)2-heterociclilo, -C(O)CH3, -O-heterociclilo, ariloxi-alquilo C0-1-, arilo, o heterociclilo; R3 es alquilo C0-1, o R2 y R3 tomados juntos forman un anillo heterocíclico o carbocíclico, cualquiera de los cuales se encuentra opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes independientes alquilo C1-4, halogeno, -OH, -SCH3, -OCH3, -NH2, arilo, o heterociclilo; R4 y R5 son cada uno independientemente alquilo C0-4, fenilo o fluor; n es 0 o 1; y R6 es H, metilo, etilo, fenilo, bencilo, o acetilo.
