Abstract

Una percoladora de café (1) mediante la cual se produce selectivamente café ôAmericanoö y ôExpresoö a partir de la misma cápsula (2) de café molido al ajustar el grado de compactacion de café molido en la cápsula (2) como una funcion del tipo de café seleccionado. Reivindicacion 1: Un método de infusion para producir selectivamente una bebida de café ôAmericanoö y ôExpresoö de la misma cápsula (2) de café molido, caracterizado porque el método comprende el paso de ajustar el grado de compactacion del café molido dentro de la cápsula (2) como una funcion del tipo de bebida seleccionada. Reivindicacion 2: Un método tal como se reivindica en la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque el grado de compactacion del café molido se ajusta mediante el ajuste del volumen interno de la cápsula (2). Reivindicacion 4: Un método tal como se reivindica en una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el grado de compactacion del café molido se ajusta mediante la deformacion de la cápsula (2). Reivindicacion 6: Un método tal como se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque comprende el paso de insertar dicha cápsula (2) dentro de un asiente (35); el grado de compactacion del café molido se ajusta mediante la variacion de un volumen de dicho asiento (35). Reivindicacion 7: Un método tal como se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde dicha cápsula (2) comprende una pared lateral tubular (3) y una primera y una segunda pared terminal (5, 6); caracterizado porque el método comprende un paso de alimentar agua caliente a presion en la cápsula (2), y un paso de extraer dicha bebida de la cápsula (2); dicha alimentacion y extraccion se efectua a través de la misma pared terminal (6). Reivindicacion 8: Un método tal como se reivindica en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde dicha cápsula (2) comprende una pared lateral tubular (3) y una primera y una segunda pared terminal (5, 6); caracterizado porque el método comprende el paso de alimentar agua caliente a presion en la cápsula (2), y un paso de extraer dicha bebida de la cápsula (2); dicha alimentacion y extraccion se efectuan a través de dicha primera pared terminal (5); y el grado de compactacion del café molido se ajusta mediante la aplicacion de compresion axial sobre dicha segunda pared terminal (6).
