Abstract
Se propone un preparado hormonal de acción anticonceptiva que a la vez sirve para la terapia de reemplazo de hormonas en mujeres perimenopáusicas ypremenopáusicas. Los medicamentos conocidos para este último fin no son eficaces como anticonceptivos. Para resolver este problema, el preparado delinvento contiene en calidad de sustancias activas un componente estrógeno natural (sin etinilestradiol) y un componente gestágeno. Con estemedicamento se logra una acción anticonceptivasegura junto con una terapia eficaz de las primeras manifestaciones de falta de estrógenos y la prevenciónde la osteoporosis.A hormonal preparation with contraceptive action is proposed that is also used for hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal and premenopausal women. Drugs known for the latter purpose are not effective as contraceptives. To solve this problem, the inventive preparation contains as active substances a natural estrogen component (without ethinylestradiol) and a gestagenic component. With this drug a safe contraceptive action is achieved together with an effective therapy of the first manifestations of estrogen deficiency and the prevention of osteoporosis.
