Abstract
El neumático descripto, particularmente adaptado para automóviles, es provisto de fajas de cinturón (7, 8), cada una compuesta por una primer y unasegunda serie de capas acordonadas (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) hechas de materiales diferentes,alter nados entre sí de acuerdo con una secuencia preestablecida.Las capas acordonadas (7b, 8b) de la segunda serie, hechas de aramida por ejemplo, cooperan con las de la primera serie (7a, 8a), hechas de acero, pararesistir esfuerzos detracción en la dirección longitudinal. A la inversa, las capas acordonadas (7b, 8b) de aramida tienen una mayor deformación que lascapas acordonadas de acero (7a, 8a) con respecto a esfuerzos de compresión. El elastómero que envuelve a las capasacordonadas (7 a, 7b, 8a, 8b) está lleno defibras de refuerzo, fibras de aramida cortas o pulpa de aramida por ejemplo, y tiene un módulo de elasticidad incluido ente 15 y 50 MPa, para evitar roturasde las capas acordonadas metálicas (7a, 8a) porefecto de las car gas de pandeo.
