Abstract

The present disclosure relates to methods or dosing regimens comprising a proteasome inhibitor of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, such as ixazomib citrate, for preventing or delaying cancer recurrence or progression in a patient who has undergone a primary cancer therapy and is in remission; wherein ring A, Z1 and Z2 are as defined herein.
