Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av formdeler hvorved et fiberformlg materiale blandes med et klebemiddel og under trykk holdes l en form inntil avhinding av klebemiddelet. Fremgangsmåten er kjenne- tegnet ved at det som fiberformig materiale anvendes en blanding av et i det vesentlige finfibret materiale på basis av syntesefibrer og av kortkuttede monofilamenter som gir formdelen som fremstilles, den nødvendige hardheten og stivheten, og at klebemiddelandelen i den ferdige formdelen utgjør mindre enn 10 vekt-£, beregnet på basis av formdelen. Med fremgangsmåten er det mulig å fremstille formdeler med lav klebestoffandel som kan resirkuleres flere ganger.
