Description
Anordning for avstøtting av viklingshoder for rotorviklinger.
V!ed brå, hastighetsforandringer for
viklede. rotorer for elektriske maskiner
må viklingshodene sikres mot de tangentiale masseakselerasjons- resp. massere-tardasjonskrefter. Vanligvis frembyr det
trykk med hvilket viklingshodene med
bandasjene presses mot den sylindriske
viklingsunderstøttelse en tilstrekkelig
sikkerhet mot tangentiale forskyvninger
av viklingen. Ved særlig hurtigløpende
maskiner med stor viklingsutladning kan
imidlertid denne fastholding alene ikke
lenger by på tilstrekkelig sikkerhet, særlig når brå hastighetsforandringer inn-trer hyppig eller i begge rotasjonsretnin-ger. Ifølge oppfinnelsen oppnåes en stiv
befestigelse av viklingshodene.
Oppfinnelsen angår en anordning for
avstøttning av viklingshodene på rotoren
i hurtigløpende elektriske maskiner, hvor
det ved begge ender av rotoren på akselen
er påtredd med aksiale spor forsynte skiver
for opptagelse av viklingshodene.
Oppfinnelsen består herved i at en
sådan skive, når rotoren er forsynt med
en stavvikling, for avstøttning av viklingshodene mot virkningen av tangentiale forskyvningskrefter som opptrer ved brå
hastighetsforandringer, er anbragt og
fraskilt på hver side av rotoren i en sådan avstand fra denne at viklingshodenes
akseparallelle ender blir liggende i skivesporene hvor de er fastkilt slik at stillingen er sikret i omdreiningsretningen.
Virkningen av sentrifugalkraften motvir-
kes samtidig på vanlig måte ved banda-sjering.
En tannet skive (fig. 1—3) er påtredd
akselen 10 og fastkilt på denne. I sporene 11 er uten spillerom innlagt de enkelte viklingshoder 7, hvilket kan skje ved fast-kiling ved hjelp av kilestykkene 9. Hvor forholdene tillater det, kan det være an-ordnet spor bare for annethvert (fig. 4) eller hvert tredje (fig. 5) viklingshode,
idet det er sørget for tangentiale forkilin-ger av de øvrige viklingshoder 8 i for-hold til de i sporene anbrakte.
Claims (1)
- Anordning for avstøttning av viklingshodene på rotoren i hurtigløpende elektriske maskiner hvor det ved begge ender av rotoren på akselen er påtredd med aksiale spor forsynte skiver for opptagelse av viklingshodene, karakterisert v e d at en sådan skive, når rotoren er forsynt med en stavvikling, for avstøttning av viklingshodene mot virkningen av tangentiale forskyvningskrefter som opptrer ved brå hastighetsforandringer, er anbrakt og fastkilt på akselen på hver side av rotoren i en sådan avstand fra denne at viklingshodenes akseparallelle ender blir liggende i skivesporene hvor de er fastkilt slik at stillingen er sikret i omdreiningsretningen.
