Abstract

The car safety belt locking device comprises a frame anchored at one end and a lock sliding against spring action along the frame centre line and with actuating knob, while an insertion tongue with eye is attached to the belt. An inner protrusion from the frame engages with the eye. The locking head face has two portions symmetrical in relation to the frame protrusion (12), each inclined from the outside towards the centre line of the frame (1) and to the rear, when seen in the tongue insertion direction, and mating portions are provided on the tongue.
