Abstract

The implement has blades covering the width to be weeded, a ground support to set the weeding depth, and one or more rotors adjustable for level in relation to the shovels. The earth loosened by the blades is crumbled by two rotors (11) mounted behind each blade (3) on axes inclined rearwards and outwards. The blades can each be V-shaped. The frame can be arranged for mounting on a vehicle, having an auxiliary frame tilting on it and to which the support and the blades are fixed. The rotors are mounted on a swing arm on the auxiliary frame, their mounting being detachable from the arm. Rotary discs can be provided, flanking the weeded area on either side, these being accommodated on the same mounting on the arm as the rotors.
