CONCENTRATED LAUNDRY DETERGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The disclosure relates to the technical field of detergents, and in particular, to a concentrated laundry detergent and a prep- aration method thereof.
Laundry detergents as frequently used washing products in daily life have come into all families. Surfactant content of a concentrated laundry detergent can reach 25-60% to achieve strong detergency. With the improvement of living standards, consumers pay more and more attention to health, and laundry detergents are required to have bactericidal activity and be free of significant skin stimulus. For existing solutions, enzyme preparations and bactericidal components are usually added to improve laundry de- tergent effect. Patent CN111944622A discloses a concentrated laun- dry detergent containing 0.1-1.0% of an enzyme preparation. Patent
CN105296187A discloses a special-effect laundry detergent contain- ing 1.0-5.0 parts of an enzyme preparation and 0.5-2.0 parts of a mildewproof bactericide. Patent CN106281756A discloses an anti- fading laundry detergent containing 1-5 parts of a complex enzyme product and 1-10 parts of an enzyme stabilizer, but enzyme prod- ucts easily lose activity due to environment influence, and the stain-removal effect of the laundry detergent is unstable.
Therefore, how to provide a natural bactericidal concentrated laundry detergent with good stain-removal effect and high cost performance becomes a problem to be urgently addressed in the field.
The disclosure aims to provide a concentrated laundry deter- gent and a preparation method thereof. The concentrated laundry detergent provided thereby has good stain-removal and bactericidal effects.
To fulfill this objective, the present disclosure has the following technical solutions:
The disclosure provides a concentrated laundry detergent, comprising the following components by mass percent: 10-20% of an amino acid surfactant, 10-20% of a gemini surfactant, 1-5% of a nonionic surfactant, 3-6% of a scap-base surfactant, 0.5-10% of an auxiliary agent and balance of water.
Preferably, the amino acid surfactant includes at least one of sodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium oleoyl glutamate, potassium co- coyl glutamate, potassium oleoyl glutamate, sodium cocoyl alani- nate and sodium oleoyl alaninate.
Preferably, the gemini surfactant is a cationic gemini sur- factant.
Preferably, the cationic gemini surfactant is cationic gemini surfactantl2-2-m’.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is sucrose fatty acid es- ter or sorbitan ester.
Preferably, the soap-base surfactant is potassium oleate and/or potassium palmitate.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent includes at least one of a thickener, a preservative, a pH regulator, essential oil and a wa- ter softener.
The disclosure provides a preparation method of the concen- trated laundry detergent of the technical solutions, comprising the following steps: (1) mixing the amino acid surfactant, the nonionic surfactant and the socap-base surfactant to obtain a mixture; {2) mixing the gemini surfactant and water, and then mixing with the mixture obtained in step (1), and finally, mixing with the auxiliary agent to obtain a concentrated laundry detergent.
Preferably, the mixing temperature in step (1) is 40-70°C.
In the disclosure, three different surfactants of amino acid surfactant, nonionic surfactant and soap-base surfactant are com- pounded to avoid dioxane retention in the laundry detergent and improve the detergency of the laundry detergent. Meanwhile, the amino acid surfactant having good water solubility can improve the water solubility of the compound surfactant; the gemini surfactant can form a layer of a mild skin-friendly protection film on fabric surfaces through electrostatic adhesion, to reduce inter-fabric friction and avoid skin damage in a washing process, and this pro- tection layer can be combined with water in the air to wet the fabrics and reduce static electricity generation, so stronger an- ti-static performance is achieved; the gemini surfactant has good bactericidal effect, and through a combination with other surfac- tants, the bactericidal effect thereof can be further improved; the nonionic surfactant not only has good stain-removal, wetting, foaming and emulsifying properties, but also has good degreasing property and hard water resistance, and can be compounded with the soap-base surfactant to achieve synergistic effect for further im- proving stain-removal effect while reducing the bubbling ability of the system and making the washed clothes more easily rinsed; the soap-base surfactant can improve the dissolving property of the compound surfactant and reduce the foaming property of the system, and has low skin stimulus. The disclosure has the ad- vantages of small usage amount of laundry detergent, good water solubility and lower energy consumption in production, packaging, storage and transportation processes in comparison with common laundry detergents, and is safer and more environment-friendly.
The results of embodiments show that the concentrated laundry de- tergent of the disclosure has very good stain-removal effect for protein stains and excellent stain-removal effect for carbon black and sebum stains; the kill ratio of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is above 90%.
The disclosure provides a concentrated laundry detergent, comprising the following components by mass percent: 10-20% of an amino acid surfactant, 10-20% of a gemini surfactant, 1-5% of a nonionic surfactant, 3-6% of a soap-base surfactant, 0.5-10% of an auxiliary agent and balance of water.

Performance of the concentrated laundry detergents prepared in embodiments 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 is tested as fol- lows: (1) Stain-removal test: according to GB/T 13174-2008, nation- al standard sebum, protein and carbon black polluted cloth pro- duced by China Research Institute of Daily Chemical Industry and
RHQL vertical stain remover are adopted.
Washing temperature is 30°C, rotation speed is 120 rpm, water hardness is 250 ppm (calculated by CaC0;), and water washing time is 20 min. (2) Hand feeling test: together with the laundry detergents provided by embodiments 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2, 5 pieces of marketable white all-cotton towels with a wight of 50 g and a size of 30 x 30 cm are respectively placed in a Siemens roller washing machine XQG80-WM12L2E88W to be washed for 5 times at nor- mal temperature according to a standard mode.
The towels are dried in the air after washing, and then soft- ness and smoothness of the five towels are calculated according to the scores made by ten persons.
Softness by hand feeling: 1 point: very hard; 2 points: slightly hard; 3 points: moderate; 4 points: slightly soft; 5 points: very soft.
Smoothness by hand feeling: 1 point: very rough; 2 points: slightly rough; 3 points: moderate; 4 points: slightly smooth; 5 points: very smooth. (3) Antibacterial test: the antibacterial test is carried out according to QB/T 2738-2012 Test methods for evaluating daily chemical products in antibacterial and bacteriostatic efficacy, working concentration is 1:100, and working time is 20 min.
The results are as shown in Table 1:

Example 2
As shown in Table 1, the concentrated laundry detergent of the disclosure has a small usage amount and good detergency, and the washed clothes have significantly improved softness and smoothness. The stain-removal ratio of the concentrated laundry detergent is higher than that of a national standard laundry de- tergent, and the concentrated laundry detergents have very good stain-removal effect for protein stains and excellent stain- removal effect for carbon black and lipid stains. The comparative example 1 does not have antibacterial effect, and the concentrated laundry detergents provided by embodiments 1-4 all have good anti- bacterial effect. Through the comparison with embodiments 1-4 and comparative example 2, the addition of gemini surfactant can im- prove antibacterial effect.
The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the disclosure, and it should be noted that those of ordinary skill in the art can further make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the disclosure, and these improvements and modifications should be included in the protec- tion scope of the disclosure.
