Abstract

Provided is a liquid skin detergent composition which is excellent in creamy foaming properties, is free from skin irritation to be able to be used in safety for sensitive skin women to children with weak skin, provides moist feeling after drying, exhibits exhibit good low temperature stability. A liquid skin detergent composition including: (A) a potassium salt of fatty acid represented by the following general formula (1): R1COOK in an amount of 4% by mass to 20% by mass, where in the general formula (1), R1 represents a linear or branched monovalent hydrocarbon group having 5 to 25 carbon atoms and a part of hydrogen atoms of the monovalent hydrocarbon group may be substituted with a hydroxyl group, a ratio by mass (C11 or less / C12 or more) of the potassium salt of fatty acid having R1 of 11 or less carbon atoms (C11 or less) to the potassium salt of fatty acid having R1 of 12 or more carbon atoms (C12 or more) is in a range of 1.5 to 5; (B) an amine represented by the following general formula (2): R2-NH2 where in the general formula (2), R2 is a linear or branched monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and a part of hydrogen atoms of the monovalent hydrocarbon group may be substituted with a hydroxyl group; and (C) glycerin in an amount of 5% by mass to 30% by mass, wherein a ratio (A/ C) of a mass of the (A) to a mass of the (C) is 0.3 to 3.0.
