Abstract
La presente invencion describe placas de electroporacion (2) que comprenden una pluralidad de cavidades o camaras de electroporacion que se pueden proveer con energia (4), arregladas en un substrato solido, en donde al menos dos de las cavidades (4) en la placa (2) pueden ser provistas de energia independientemente. Cada cavidad (4) contiene al menos dos electrodos de electroporacion (12, 14) colocados en la misma, y sirven como el recipiente en el cual una reaccion de electroporacion individual puede ser llevada a cabo. Tambien se describen sistemas de electroporacion que utilizan placas de electroporacion (2) de acuerdo con la invencion, asi como metodos de uso de tales placas de electroporacion (2) y sistemas, por ejemplo, para optimizar las condiciones de electroporacion.
