Abstract
A cloth Venetian blind includes a winding cylinder, a plurality of cloth slats, at least two fixing ropes and a plurality of slat support rods. The cloth slats are arranged under the winding cylinder in parallel, respectively having two long sides and two short sides. The fixing ropes have an upper end fixed on the winding cylinder, extending down vertically through the two long sides of each cloth slat, and also provided with a rope ring at a location under the long sides of each cloth slat for each slat support rod to pass through horizontally securely so as to prop up the relative one of the cloth slats.
Description
VENETIAN FABRIC BLINDS
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a fabric veneer blind, particularly to one provided with string with rope rings, a plurality of cloth slats having respectively their two long sides, with the cord rings located under the long sides for rods of splint stand to pass through and hold securely in place so that each cloth splint can be held in place by the splint support rods.
Description of the Previous Technique
A conventional cloth veneer blind, described in United States Patent No. 6105657, includes a plurality of cloth slats, various ladder-type strings or connecting strips, a curved cylinder, an outer rod and at least one cord. threw. The curved cylinder is placed on an upper side of the window frame, and the lower support rod is placed on the bottom of the wooden slats, which are arranged parallel between the curved cylinder and the lower support rod. The connecting ropes or bands are connected with the two long sides and the bottom of each of the cloth slats to hold the cloth slats in position. The pull string is fixed with the lower rod and then it can be pulled so that the cloth slats are all pulled to overlap each other. In addition, an intermediate web in the form of a strip is added to each cloth board to form a pocket therebetween so that each support rod is contained therein to hold the two long sides of each board.
However, the conventional fabric veneer blind in the United States Patent has the connecting ropes limiting respectively the two long sides and the bottom of each cloth board, so that it is impossible to secure the short sides of each board. of cloth. Therefore, when the cloth slats are tilted, the soft cloth slats may tilt from the upper side to the lower side, thereby forcing the cloth slats to wrinkle to detract from their appearance. In addition, when the cloth slats are coupled by the wind, their long sides may be suitable for inverting, and may wrinkle or damage more or less after a period of use. In addition, the support rods are respectively received in the bag, but are not held securely in position by any means. In this way, the support rods can protrude out of the bags after the period of use, affecting the appearance of the fabric tablets.
Brief Description of the Invention
This invention has been designed to provide a fabric veneer blind, which includes a curved cylinder, a plurality of cloth slats, at least two attachment cords and a plurality of splint support rods. The cloth slats are placed parallel below the curved cylinder, having respectively two long sides and two short sides. The attachment cords extend downwardly from the curved cylinder through the two opposite locations of each long side of each cloth board, and have a rope ring under the two long sides so that each board support rod passes. through and secure in position to hold respectively a related cloth tablet.
The splint support rods actually support all cloth slats in the cloth veneer blind in the present invention, on the two long sides of each cloth splint without the possibility of the splint support rods sliding in the direction of length of the cloth tablets. In addition, the splint support rods may force the splint cloths to extend on the long sides, preventing them from forming any wrinkles to keep them in the clean appearance of the flat condition.

Detailed description of the Preferred Modalities
A first embodiment of a cloth veneer blind in the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, includes a curved cylinder 10, a lower rod 20, a plurality of cloth slats 30, four attachment cords 40 and a plurality of splint support rods 50 as main components combined together.
The curved cylinder 10 is placed at an upper end of the fabric veneer blind, being possible to rotate freely.
The lower support rod 20 is placed at the lower end of the fabric veneer blind.
The plurality of cloth slats 30, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, are placed parallel and spaced equidistantly between the curved cylinder 10 and the lower rods 20, respectively, having two long sides 31 along and two short sides. 32 lateral. In addition, each long side 31 has two rope holes 311, appropriately spaced apart, and a curtain strip 33 connects to each long side 31, hanging downwardly.
The fixing cords 40 are fixed at their upper end in the curved cylinder 10, which extends downwardly through the rope holes 31 of each cloth board 30 and is firmly fixed with the lower rod 20 at its lower end. In addition, each fastening rope 40 has a rope ring 41 at a location under each long side 31 of the cloth splint 30.
The board support rods 50 are placed parallel to the long sides 31 of the cloth slats 30, passing through the rope rings 41 of the fixing cord 40, supporting the relative cloth slats 30.
Then, as shown in Figures 2 and 5, the cloth slats 30 can be tilted at their angle to control the light shutter percentage of the blind venencia. The operating method is to pull down one side of each fastening string 40 and to leave the other side of the same fastening string 40 moving upwards so that all of the cloth slats 30 can be tilted to one side, with the rods 50 of splint stand on one side pulled down and those 50 on the other side moved upward to leave cloth slats 30 tilted to one side for a certain angle. Therefore, if the distance of the downward pull of the cloth slats 30 is controlled or adjusted, then the inclined angle thereof can be changed to adjust the light shutter percentage of the venencia shade.
In addition, Figure 6 shows a second embodiment of a fabric veneer blind in the invention, in which a lower fabric tablet 30 is added under each cloth tablet 30 in the first embodiment, having the same size as the tablet 30 of fabric and two longitudinal long sides connected with the two long sides 31 to form a pouch 35 between the cloth splint 30 and the lower cloth splint 34. Further, the lower cloth splint 34 is also provided with a rope hole 341 to correspond to the rope hole 311 and the cloth splint 30 for the fixing cord 40 to pass through and then be fixed with the lower rod 20. In addition, the rope rings 41 of the fixing cords 40 are respectively placed in the bags 35.
Then, Figure 7 shows a third embodiment of a fabric veneer blind in the invention, in which in the first embodiment a cavity 36 is added respectively by means of the seam in each lower corner of each short side 32 of the slats 30 of fabric, extending in the direction of the long sides 31 and opening the interior. Then, the two ends of each of the splint support rods 50 can be inserted into the cavities 36 to leave the rod 50 securely bound in position and holding the cloth slats 30.
The fabric veneer blind in the invention has the following advantages.
1. The cloth slats 30 can be kept clean and flat by tensioning the fixing strings 40, since the two long sides 31 of each cloth splint 30 are held in place by the splint support rods 50, which are held in place. in its place by means of the rope rings 41. Still further, if the cloth slats 30 are blown by a wind to tilt them to one side, no wrinkles can arise on the cloth slats 30, or cause any damage to them. Therefore, the fabric veneer blind in the invention can be worn for a time without worsening its appearance.
2. The tablet support rods 50 have a secure positioning function for the cloth slats 30, because the slat support rods 50 are retained by the rope rings 41 in place, and then inserted into the cavities 36. of the short sides 32. Therefore, the tablet support rods 50 do not have the same disadvantages of the tablet support rods protruding from the bags in the conventional fabric veneer blind.
While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made in the present and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. .
