Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere generalmente a composiciones farmaceuticas estables y metodos para la elaboracion y administracion de tales composiciones. En un aspecto, la invencion caracteriza composiciones farmaceuticas estabilizadas que incluyen ingredientes farmaceuticamente activos tales como la levotiroxina sodio (T4) y liotironina sodio (T3) (farmacos de hormonas tiroides), preferiblemente en una forma de dosis solida de liberacion inmediata. Tambien se proporcionan metodos para la elaboracion y uso de tales composiciones estabilizadas y de liberacion inmediata.
