Abstract
Container with applicator especially for cosmetic product, has piston in applicator compartment to draw product from adjoining compartment The container is divided by a partition with an outlet and one-way valve into two compartments, one containing the product and the other a porous applicator and a piston attached to a screw cap. When the cap is removed the piston creates a depression in the upper compartment which opens the valve and draws a dose of the product through the outlet and onto the applicator.
Description
PACKAGING AND APPLICATION SET WITH SELF-HEATED APPLICATOR. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a package for the packaging and application of a product, particularly cosmetic. The invention is particularly suitable for products in the form of a liquid, gel or cream. By way of example, we will cite the packaging and application of toilet products, mainly for the skin or hair, hairdressing or hair-coloring products. Within the field of cosmetics in particular, certain products, particularly in the form of a milk, of a cream or a gel are distributed under pressure by means of a pump. Given their stability in the presence of air, they can be packaged in systems with pump of the non-air recovery type, that is, vacuum packed inside tanks whose volume is decreasing in the course of the uses. Typically, a wall bag is used. retractable, a tube-deformable walls or a bottle in which a follower plunger has been arranged. The pump can be of the piston type, membrane or valve flap. To apply the product, the user takes the same pump by taking it with one or several fingers, and applies it in massage on the surface that wants to treat. As an alternative, the product is applied by means of an applicator, in particular in REF .: 32520 form of open cell foam. In the case of a reusable applicator numerous times, in particular throughout the entire useful life of the product, it may be desirable that it, between two uses, remain protected against air so that its mechanical properties, mainly of flexibility or absorption are not altered. In addition, in the case of an applicator that is not cleaned - after each use, leaving the product that is in the applicator in contact with the ambient air or with any other element of the contour in which it is conserved, presents the danger of contaminate the applicator and alter the product it contains. In any case, the transport of such an applicator, mainly within the user's bag, poses problems. Finally, we will say that in certain applicators, whose shape is appropriate for the profile of the surface to be treated, particularly in the case of the labial profile of the angle of the eyes, it may be desirable that the product is always deposited thereon. mode on the applicator, and in the same quantities, to make an application that is reproducible once at a time next. It is already known from European patent EP 0 612 488, by name of the applicant, to make an application assembly - in the form of a tank containing a product to be used, a cover intended to close the tank, and a carrier -applicator that supports an application element, deformable, in particular made with foam or with low hardness elastomer. The reservoir is limited by a capillary end in the form of a glove finger, with a bottom provided with a seat perforated at least by a capillary hole against which the deformable element is applied and deformed in the closed position of the reservoir by the cover. Such a device is perfectly suited for very liquid fluids or powders. In the case of a cream, it is very difficult to put the cream in contact with the capillary holes. In addition, the presence of a volume of air above the free surface of the product may be prejudicial to the quality of the product, and in particular to its cosmetic properties. Thus, one of the objects of the invention is to provide a package and application that solves totally or partially the problems that are exposed with reference to ordinary devices. In particular, an object of the invention is to provide a device that is particularly suited to high viscosity products, mainly in the form of creams. Another object of the invention is to allow an exact and reproducible load in product of an application organ. Other objects will appear in the detailed description that follows. According to the invention, these objects are achieved by making a package and application of a product, mainly cosmetic, comprising a tank for said product and delimiting a first volume, decreasing in response to a depression inside the tank, presenting - said reservoir at least one outlet orifice sealed by a first unidirectional opening valve, which is opened in the direction of a second volume, intended to receive in a removable manner, an application member, formed at least in part, by a porous element, capable of absorbing said product, said second volume being closed in a sealed manner by a cover, mounted in a reversible manner on said assembly, a piston being provided for, particularly when the cover is opened, causing a depression in the interior of the second volume and cause the opening of said first valve, and the pumping of a dose of said product by said application organ, through said exit orifice. Thus, the application member, in the mounted position of the cover, is disposed in a predetermined manner with respect to the exit orifice of the product, preferably in elastic support on the exit orifice, which causes its exact carcass, both for As regards the quantity of product taken, as regards the location of the product on the applicator. The applicator, between two applications, is kept protected from the air, which allows it to retain its good mechanical properties, particularly flexibility, and which allows to avoid that the product remaining on the applicator is altered in the presence of air or go to pollute the environment surrounding the applicator. Whatever the viscosity of the product, it can be pumped by the application member in response to the -depression generated by the relative movement of the plunger. The volume that can be absorbed by the applicator is preferably greater than or equal to the volume pumped in response to the displacement of the plunger. It is, however, possible to foresee that the volume aj) that can be absorbed by the application member is less than the volume of product pumped. In the latter case, it can be foreseen, as we will see in detail below, to make the plunger -bever deservable, to be able to take the product in excess, not pumped by the application organ, without pumping the said product again. Advantageously, said application member is integral with the cover, said piston generating the depression inside the second volume, passing from a first position to a second one, when the cover is opened. Thus the cover forms a pressure organ for the application organ. With a single action, the opening of the assembly and the load of the same in the application organ is ensured at the same time, and this in a perfectly reproducible way. The application member can be, in the absence of load, of a cross-section greater than the transverse section of the piston.
Preferably, means have been provided for, in response to an excessive pressure inside the second volume, particularly when the cover is closed, to place the second volume at atmospheric pressure. The presence of the unidirectional opening valve (that is, it only opens under the effect of a depression in the second volume in relation to the tank pressure) between the first volume and the second prevents the air introduced in the second volume, enter the deposit that contains the applicable product. Such means may be formed with a second unidirectional opening valve, in particular with flap or ball, or with any other appropriate means. According to a particular embodiment, said second volume forms in at least a part of its height, a cylinder, within which the piston slides. The height of this cylindrical portion depends to a large extent on the stroke of the piston and the dose of product to be distributed. As for the bottom of the second volume, intended to receive the applicator, and in which the outlet hole of the product is arranged, it may have the shape of a more or less hemispherical cap, so that the applicator can, particularly in the position assembled from the cover, come into intimate contact, even elastic, with this portion of surface, and load perfectly with the product. The shape of such a set can be any. It is possible, in fact, to provide that the deposit containing the product has an oval section, while the volume containing the application member is circular in section. Alternatively, the volume containing the application member can also be oval in section. In this case, the closing of the cover on the tank is ensured by a closure system with one or several ramps, known under the name of "twist" closure. Other forms and combinations of forms can be considered. The plunger may be formed by a non-porous portion of said application member. Thus, the application member may be formed by several different materials: a porous matte material, in particular of open cell foam, in its part destined to come into contact with the outlet orifice of the product container, and intended to apply the product through an application surface; and a sealed material, particularly of closed-cell foam, which refers to its part distant from the outlet orifice of the reservoir, and which does not directly serve for the application of the product on the surface to be treated. As an alternative, the piston is formed by a different element of the application member, said piston being solitary of the application member, and being arranged on the side of the application member opposite the outlet orifice. It can be in particular an element constituted by elastomeric material. Preferably, the plunger is crossed by when we have a suitable passage to allow the atmospheric pressure of said second volume to be set. Thus, in combination with the second valve, it is allowed to put the volume containing the application member at atmospheric pressure, thereby avoiding any excessive pressure, especially when the application member is repositioned inside the second one. \ / or \ u men As an alternative, an annular space is formed between the second volume and the cover, said annular space being in communication with the second volume, and said piston being disposed within said annular space. Thus, the piston integral with an element limiting, at least in part, said second volume, and forming a suitable lip or flange, when the cover is opened, can slide in a leakproof manner against an internal surface of a side skirt. formed by said cover. The piston can in particular be obtained by bi-injection or overmolded with the element forming the second volume. Advantageously said flange will be oriented so that, in the presence of a depression inside the second volume, is in sealed support against said inner surface and, in case of excessive pressure inside the second volume, not to remain in sealed support against said inner surface, thus allowing the At the atmospheric pressure of said second volume, therefore, when the applicator cover is placed on the tank again, the excess pressure generated in the second volume moves the flange of the piston away from the interior surface of the cover, thereby interrupting the tightness, and allowing the restoration of atmospheric pressure inside the second volume. Air under pressure - escapes between the plunger and the inner surface of the cover, and is then evacuated below the free edge formed by the side skirt of the cover. The piston can be disengageable, so that, in the "disengaged" position, it does not generate depression inside the second volume in response to said displacement between the aforementioned ones -first and second positions, there being a means accessible from the outside that selectively allow to pass the Bolus of the "disengaged" position to the "engaged" position and reciprocally. Thus, in case of incomplete pumping by the cleaner, of the product sucked in the second volume, it is possible to reintroduce the applicator in the second volume, without having to re-screw the cover and realimating it with the product without pumping another product from the Deposit. Such disengageable plunger can be constituted by an elastically deformable organ, in particular in compression. In the non-compressed position, the piston is of lower section than the section of the cylinder in which it slides, which corresponds to the "disengaged" position of the piston. In the compressed position, the bolus is of a section superior to that of the cylinder, and slides in a sealed manner inside said cylinder, which corresponds to the "clutch" position of the piston. The assembly according to the invention can be formed by a rigid or rigid body, in particular of polyethylene or polypropylene, comprising a transverse wall perforated by said outlet orifice or holes, said second volume being formed by a first skirt portion. of said body, a free edge of which delimits a first opening. The free edge of the first skirt portion may comprise a thread capable of cooperating with a corresponding thread of the removable cover. This type of closure ensures a particularly tight closure of the second volume. The tightness can be improved even more by the presence of auxiliary means, particularly in the form of a sealing skirt or a seal. The plunger may be disposed outside said first skirt portion and be the same integral with said first skirt portion. The realization of the application organ and, in particular, of the structure that supports it, is facilitated since it is not necessary to add an auxiliary piston. As for the reservoir delimiting the first volume, preference is given to the side of the transverse wall - opposite said first skirt portion. Advantageously, the tank is formed by a second skirt portion constituted by said body, having a free edge located opposite the free edge of the first skirt portion. According to a preferred embodiment, a follower plunger is mounted in sliding arrangement inside said second skirt portion. In this way, the volume of the tank decreases as the product is pumped into the interior of the tank. As an alternative, the piston is replaced by a deformable membrane, in particular elastically. By way of example of a device of the elastically deformable membrane type, it is possible to cite a structure of the type described in the patent application EP-AO 743 263 in the name of the request, and according to which an elastic membrane forms the bottom of a rigid container on which are mounted a pump and a push button. During uses, the membrane can be elastically deformed at an axial height of 15 to 20 mm, for example, to coincide with the shape of the interior of the container. This design, by its shape allows to give a greater surface to the applicator, thus allowing the realization of an applicator for more important surfaces of the body, mainly for the bust or the busts. According to a variant of the invention, the reservoir is formed by a flexible bag with retractable walls mounted on said rigid part. This bag can be constituted by a composite of several materials, mainly metallic and / or thermoplastic. Typically, the open edge of the bag is welded to the rigid part. The bottom of the bag is cut following a welding or gluing line. Preferably, said bag is disposed inside a rigid or semi-rigid enclosure, there being means, in particular an orifice or a valve, that allow a replenishment of air inside the space delimited between the rigid re-cinto or semi-rigid and flexible bag. The application member may consist of at least one block of open or semi-open cell foam, a felt or a frit. By way of examples, we will say that the application organ consists of polyether foam, polyester foam, polyurethane foam, NBR (Natural Butadiene Rubber), SBR (Sy n thetic Butadiene Rubber), PVC foam (chloride Polyvinyl), of latex, of silicone, or of a plastic frit, in particular - polyethylene or Nylon, of a metal frit, principally of bronze, or of a glass frit. Advantageously, in the assembled position of the cover, the application member remains in elastic support on said exit orifices. Thus, in the case of an application member made of a compressible material, it is dimensioned so that, when the cover is mounted, the application member is at least partially compressed. This prolongs the period during which the application member remains in contact with the product pumped in the second volume. In addition, this arrangement favors the pumping of the product by the application organ when it is decompressed. We will finally say that this allows the application body to be re-fed with product, without having to re-screw the applicator cover over the tank. In the hypothesis that the application member is composed of a non-compressible material in a sensitive manner, in particular a felt or a frit, an elastically compressible element is arranged between the application member and the piston. Such an element may be constituted by a block of an elastomeric material mat or a block of foam, of open or closed cells. Advantageously, the packaging and application assembly according to the invention is used for the packaging and application of a cosmetic product, mainly in the form of a liquid, a gel or a cream. The invention consists, apart from the provisions set forth above, in a number of other provisions that will be detailed below, with reference to non-limiting examples of realization, described with reference to the appended figures, among which: - Figures 1A- 1C illustrate a first embodiment of an assembly according to the present invention; - Figure 2 represents a second embodiment of an assembly according to the present invention; - Figure 3 represents a third embodiment of an assembly according to the present invention; - figure 4 represents a fourth embodiment of an assembly according to the present invention; and - Figures 5A-5B represent a fifth form of realization of an assembly according to the present invention. As a preliminary observation, we will say that the elements common to the different parts of the realization that we will describe in detail below follow the same numerical references. As shown in FIGS. 1A-1C, the positive diaphragm 1 according to the invention comprises a cylindrical body 2 made of polypropylene (the section of which can be made of a square, in particular circular, oval or elliptical), delimiting one and another side of a transverse wall 3 two volumes 4, 5. - The transverse wall 3 is crossed by a hole 6 which allows the first volume 4 to communicate with the second 5, by means of a flapper valve with unidirectional opening 7. The valve 7 is constituted with a flange or elastic lip, a peripheral portion of which is integral with the transversal wall 3, leaving the rest of the rim free, in response to a depression inside the second volume 5 with respect to the first 4, separating from the seat formed by the transverse wall 3. The open position of the valve 7 is shown in dashed line in figure 1A. The valve can be made of elastomeric material, particularly natural or synthetic rubber. The first volume 4 is delimited by a side skirt 8, an end 9 of which, opposite the transverse wall 3, is open. Inside the skirt, a plunger 10 is mounted, in sliding sealing arrangement, suitable, in response to a depression inside the volume 4, to rise inside the skirt 8, in order to follow the product P , disposed between the piston 10 and the transverse wall 3. The open bottom of the skirt 8 can be closed by an added foil (not shown) pierced by an air replacement hole. The product P may be in particular a ere ma, a powder or a body milk. The second volume 5 is formed by a side skirt 11 oriented opposite the first skirt 8, with a free edge 12 delimiting an opening 13. The inner wall of the skirt 11 forms a cylinder in a substantial part of its height. The outer surface of the skirt 11 has, in the vicinity of its free edge 12, a thread 14 capable of cooperating with a corresponding latch 15 formed on the inner surface of the side skirt 16 of a removable cover 17.
The cover 17 comprises a sealing skirt 18 capable of sealingly supporting against the inner surface -of the skirt 11 to complete the sealing made in the ground of the cover 17 by the thread 15. The cover forms -also an axial chimney 19 in which an applicator 20 is press-fitted (or glued). In this embodiment, the applicator 20 comprises a portion 21 of closed cells, -determined to fit inside the axial chimney 19, and CJJ I edge peripheral can slide sealingly against the inner surface of the skirt 11, to form plunger. The applicator 20 also comprises a portion 22 made with a foam material of open or semi-open cells, in order to pump the product P contained in the volume 4. The portion 22 can be stuck on the portion 21 or molded with the portion 21. The application member 20 is dimensioned so that, in the mounted position of the. cover 17, illustrated in figure 1A, portion 22 of application member 20 - at least partly compressed. The portion 22 of the applicator member 20 has an application surface 23, positioned opposite the piston 21, and which, in the assembled position of the cover 17, remains in intimate contact, or even in resilient support on the flap valve 7. The portion 21 of closed cells is perforated at its center by a channel 24 that opens on the one hand to the portion 22 of open cells of the application member 20, and on the other hand.
- ^ - ^ HIJ - ^ - part, in front of a vent hole 25 provided in the upper wall 26 of the cover 17. The vent 25 is closed by a unidirectional flap valve 27, of the same type as the valve 7, and able to open to the outside (see position in dashed line, in response to excessive pressure inside the second volume 5. Thus, the plunger, when the cover 17 is opened, moves, in a watertight support against the inner wall of the skirt 11 between a first position shown in figure 1A (closed position of the open CJ) and a second position (close to the position of the figure 1B) in which the tightness is broken between the plunger and the idler leg 11. To use the device according to this embodiment, the user unscrews the cover 17 and removes it axially to extract the application member 20 out of the volume 5. By doing so, the portion 21 of the application member 20 is it is sealed against the inner surface of the skirt 11, thus generating a depression inside the volume 5. Under the effect of depression inside the volume 5, the flap valve 7 is separated from its seat (FIG. 1B), and lets pass - the product P, which is sucked into the interior of volume 5. - Then the product P is in contact with the application surface 23, and is pumped by the porous material constituting the portion 22 of the organ Application 20. It is possible to apply the product, by matching the application surface 23 of the application member 20 with the surface to be treated. When the application is made, if it is necessary to refill the application member 20 with product, it will be possible to reintroduce the application member 20 into the volume 5, without having to re-screw the cover 17 (taking into account the greater axial dimension of the application member 20 with respect to the axial height of the volume 5) and return the application surface 23 in contact with the excess product that may have remained on the bottom of the volume 5. After use, the user returns to screw the cover 17. The air trapped in the volume 5 under the application member 20 is expelled from the device through the pores of the open cell foam 21, through the channel 24, and through the hole 25, when the flap is separated. 27 of the seat formed by the wall 26 of the cover. The device is then ready for a new affliction. In the embodiment of figure 2, the product P is contained inside a bag of flexible walls 30, defining the first volume 4 and an open end 35 of which is mounted, in particular by welding, on the outer surface 31 of a mounting part 32 that forms the body of the device. The flexible-walled bag 30 is disposed inside a rigid enclosure 33 whose bottom has an air recovery orifice 34. The rigid enclosure 33 can be press-fitted onto the mounting part 32, by means of a closing impeller. pressure (not shown). The mounting part 32 forms, opposite the bag 30, a skirt 11 whose inner surface delimits the second volume 5, which is cylindrical in a substantial part of its height. One end of the skirt 11 is closed by a transverse wall 3, traversed by a hole 6, sealed by a sheet metal valve 7 of the same type as the 7 of the embodiment of FIGS. 1A-1C. A lower portion 36 of the skirt 11 is -aligned with the outer enclosure 33. An inteiate portion 37 of exterior section inferior to the section of the lower part 36, presents the thread 14, capable of cooperating with the corresponding fillet 15 of the cover 17. An upper portion 38 has a free edge, which delimits the opening 13 for the second volume 5. The upper portion 38 is of lower section than the maximum section of the inteiate portion 37, to meet with the cover 17 a annular space 80. The application member 20 is fo by a single block of an open-celled foam, a portion of which is mounted inside the axial skirt 19 supported by the cover 17. The applicator is preferably of such a size that, in the threaded position of the cover 17, the application member 20 is at least partly compressed -into the volume 5, whereby the application surface 23 will remain in elastic support in the background of volume 5.

The upper portion 38 of the skirt 11 has on its outer surface a flange or lip which forms a plunger 39, which moves within the annular space 80. The flange gives oriented so that, in the absence of excessive pressure inside the 5, its free edge 40 is in sealed support against a corresponding surface 41 of the lateral skirt 16 of the cover 17. In case of excessive pressure inside the volume 5, particularly when the cover 17 is closed, the edge is separated 40 free lip 39 from deck surface -41. So as not to be in tight contact on said surface 41, and to allow an air escape below the free edge of the skirt 16 of the cover 17. To such effect, the lip or flange 39 is inclined towards the free edge of the side skirt 16 of the cover 17, and ends in a cylindrical surface 40 able to enter into a standing support on the cylindrical surface 41. At the moment of use, the cover 17 is unscrewed and pulled axially. for extracting the application member 20 from the volume 5. By doing so, the free edge 40 of the flange 39 remains in sealed support on the surface 41 of the cover 17, thus causing a depression within the volume 5. The depression causes the opening of the the valve 7 and the suction of the product P inside the volume 5 through the orifice 6. Upon its decompression, the application organ 20 pumps the product P. The product is applied to conti
The following is an embodiment of the method indicated with reference to the embodiment of FIGS. 1A-1C with the application surface 23 of the application member 20. in coincidence with the surface in question. After use, when the cover is closed, the air enclosed in the volume 5 is expelled to the outside, by means of the piston 39 whose free edge 40 separates from the supe- rry 41 of the cover. In the same way as in the previous embodiment, at the time of use, it is possible to refill the product application member P, without re-screwing - the cover, in particular thanks to the larger axial dimension of the insertion member. application 20 with respect to the axial height of the volume 5. The embodiment of figure 3 differs from the embodiment of figures 1A-1C in that: - the application member 20 is formed by a single-block of open cell foam material, particularly polyurethane; - the plunger is formed by a flange or lip 50, -constituted on the outer surface of the axial chimney
19 of the cover 17, and a free edge 51 of which is apt to come into watertight contact with the inner surface of the skirt 11 of the rigid body 2. The axial chimney 19 is formed by elastomeric material and may be overmolded or formed by bi-injection with cover 17, which is made of polypropylene or polyethylene. As an alternative, the axial-axial chim 19 can be mechanically engaged, by gluing, welding or pressing on the plug 17; the hole 6 arranged in the transverse wall 3 is blocked by a flapper valve 7 which closes on a central seat 52 formed by the transverse wall 3; - the breathing flap 27 is of the ball type 53, mounted in the hole 25 of the cover 17. The air is routed from the volume 5 through the pores of the application organ 20. The operation of the assembly according to this The embodiment is identical to the operation of the embodiment of FIGS. 1A-1C. The embodiment of FIG. 4 differs from the preceding embodiment in that: the applicator member 20 is constituted in a rigid porous material, in the form of a ceramic frit; - the application surface 23 of the application member 20 rests elastically on the bottom of the volume 5 - by means of a compressible element 60 made of synthetic rubber and disposed between the plunger 50 and the application element 20; - the flap valve 27 selectively closing the breathing hole 25 is of the same type of the flapper valve 7 separating the first volume 4 from the second volume 5. The operation of the embodiment of Figure 4 is identical to the operation of the embodiment of figure 3. In the assembled position of the cover 17, the application surface 23 of the application member 20 remains - located on elastic support on the bottom of the volume 5, thanks to the presence of the compressible element 60, that in this -position is, at least in part, compressed. Upon opening, the compressible element gradually decompresses, thus prolonging the period of communication of the application surface 23 with the product P that leaves through the hole 6. In the embodiment of FIGS. 5A-5B , axial axial chrome 19 ends in a transverse collar 70 whose axial position is fixed. Adjacent to the collar 70 is an element 71 made of elastomeric material deformable by compression, which selectively performs the function of piston. The element 71 may have the shape of a hollow toric element. The element 71 is disposed between the collar 70 and a follower collar 72, which is joined at its center by a rod 73, axially movable, and communicated with a handle 75 by a cam surface 74 whose position with respect to the surface 26 of the cover 17 determines the axial position of the collar 72 and, consequently, the degree of axial compression of the element 71 which forms a plunger.
^ j ^^^^^^ l jáMjt ^^ a¡ ^^ ¡itfjfiu ^ In the position of Figure 5A, the compressible element 71 is not compressed sensitively. Its outer section is lower than the internal section of the volume 5, so that, axially displacing the cover 17, in particular during opening or closing, the plunger 71 can not rest on the internal surface of the volume in such a way. 5. This position corresponds to a "disengaged" position of the plunger 71. In the position of FIG. 5B, the compressible element 71 is compressed in a sensitive manner. Its outer section is slightly greater than the internal section of the volume 5, so that, displacing axially the cover 17, mainly in the opening or in the closing, the piston 71 moves in a sealed support on the internal surface of the volume 5. This position corresponds to a "engaged" position of the plunger 71. The section difference of the plunger 71 between the disengaged position and the engaged position can be of the order of 1 to several millimeters. There is an application member 20 fixed on the surface of the collar 72, opposite the plunger 71. The application member 20 may be constituted by a compressible element, in particular an open-celled foam, or a rigid element, particularly a frit. . In the latter case, the elastic support of the application surface 23 on the hole 6 arranged in the wall 3 is essentially made by the presence of the compressible piston 71. A sheet metal device
The latch (not shown) can serve as a vent when the cover 17 is closed in the engaged position of the plunger 71. As an alternative, it is possible to provide that only the closure can be effected in the disengaged position of the plunger 71, thus allowing this to be excluded. clapper Thus, to carry out the use, the user places the plunger 71 in the position of FIG. 5B. Unscrewing the cover 17 and removing it axially, the element 71 will act as a piston, thus generating a depression inside the volume 5, and pumping a dose of product P by the application surface 23 of the application member 20. The appli cation on the surface in question is done in the same way as in the other embodiments. If, in the course of use, it is necessary to reload the application surface and if sufficient excess product remains on the bottom of the volume 5, the user will disengage the plunger 71 by placing it in the position of Figure 5A. It will again submerge the application organ in volume 5, to return the application surface 23 in contact with the product in the foil of volume 5. Conversely, if there is no product remaining in the bottom of volume 5, it will leave the plunger in the position of figure 5B and proceed to pumping a new ddsis, in the manner indicated above. When closing the device to let it rest, the user will disengage the plunger and screw the cover 17 over the joint 1. In the detailed description that has been given above, reference has been made to preferred embodiments of the invention. It is clear that variants can be provided without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed below. It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects or products to which it refers.
