Description

CONDITIONING ASSEMBLY FOR R1 THE EYELASH MASK DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a conditioning assembly for liquid or pasty product, comprising an applicator and a reservoir provided with at least one drainer. More precisely, the applicator comprises a handle that supports at least one bundle of hairs, which have particular shape and length and are apt to load mascara onto keratin fibers and in particular tabs. Many application and mascara conditioning devices have been proposed, generally comprising a rigid tubular body opened at one end, which contains the make-up product, and an applicator capable of being housed in this body and provided with a spike that ends in a small brush or brush. A wringer housed in the body ensures the drying of the brush and / or the peg when the applicator is removed from the body. However, one of the drawbacks of using the known application and conditioning devices is that the applicator behaves like a piston when moving inside the rigid body, thus producing the emission of an unpleasant suction noise, by abrupt return from the inside of the body to atmospheric pressure.
REF: 24514 When the makeup product is fluid, the squeegee comprises a narrowed part to effect the thinning of the spike and the brush or brush. It is thus avoided to leave on the spike product capable, when the brush is used to flow on the cap of the applicator and, therefore, to stain its thread, destined to fix the plug on the body. This narrowed part helps to increase the intensity of the suction noise emitted. Furthermore, when the applicator is removed, mascara accumulates from the scraping of the spike on the periphery of the narrowed part of the squeegee and forms a concentration that is projected, by venturi effect, on the end of the brush when the air suddenly enters the body. rigid. This projection of mascara at the end of the brush naturally constitutes a nuisance for the user and a loss of product. Another drawback of the known application and conditioning devices is the shearing effect of the mascara formula when the brush is wiped in the manner described above. Indeed, in such devices, when the cleaning operation is performed perpendicularly to the brush hairs, the mascara formula is broken; it is subject to a viscosity variation; can form lumps that imply a bad smoothing of the eyelashes. This is particularly the case in the case of mascara masks with a strong pigmentary charge. The existence of this phenomenon requires the use of compositions insensitive to the shear effect and limits the number of usable mascara compositions.
There remains a need for a conditioning package for mascara in which the loss of product due to the projection of mascara is avoided when the applicator is removed and in which the draining operation does not shear and in which the operation of Drained do not shear the formula. The present invention aims to satisfy these needs. The object of the invention is thus a new conditioning assembly for a liquid or pasty product such as the mascara or mascara, comprising a product reservoir provided with a drainer, and an applicator provided with a flat handle and a hairy part which it comprises hairs, this applicator apt to close this deposit, characterized in that the shape of the squeegee is complementary to that of the hairy part, and because the squeegee is arranged so as to drain the hairs along its longitudinal geometric axis. Advantageously, the hairs, or part of the device provided with hairs, constitute a beam, at least, of hairs implanted parallel to the plane of the applicator handle, the width of the free end of the hair bundle, measured following a first direction parallel to this plane, is equal to at least a quarter of an eyelash arch, the hairs being able to load mascara onto keratin fibers along an axis, geometric preferably longitudinal, of the latter. The product to be applied with the applicator of the invention can be any liquid or pasty product, such as fluids comprising pigments and / or fillers and in particular, hair dye or rime! or mascara. Keratin fibers can be eyelashes, eyebrows, hair or bristles. Advantageously, the drainer is adapted to the shape of the part provided with hairs, in order to abrade the hairs parallel to its longitudinal axis during the extraction of the applicator, thus avoiding the action of shearing on the formula. The drainer can be fixed in the tank. This particular configuration also makes it possible to avoid suction noise when the applicator is removed. Advantageously, the assembly comprises means for creating a depression inside the tank when the applicator is removed, in order to load the hairs with product, in particular mascara. Thus, the drainer and / or the handle can present reliefs. The squeegee can also be made of a foam equipped with a slot. Or, the deposit may comprise a portfolio or flexible pouch containing the mascara. In this particular case, the squeegee can be molded with the head of this flexible portfolio. This ensures a better load of the hairs with the mascara; in effect, the removal of the applicator causes, inside the flexible portfolio, a depression that applies the walls of this portfolio or bag on the hairs of the applicator and loads, therefore, the latter with mascara. This applicator offers the advantage of being washable. The invention and its embodiment will appear more clearly by the description that follows, made with reference to the attached figures, in which: - Figure 1 is a cut away perspective view of the conditioning assembly according to the invention - Figure 2 is a View in section of the drainer of the figure set 1; Figure 3a is a sectional view of a variant of the squeegee of the assembly of Figure 1, which has an indentation; Figure 3 b is a sectional view of a variant of the drainer of the assembly of Figure 1, the flocculated drainer being here; Figure 4 is a sectional view of the flexible portfolio contained in the reservoir before and after the applicator is removed; - Figure 5 represents the draining of the end of the hairs. According to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the packaging assembly according to the invention, indicated as a whole with the reference 1, essentially comprises an applicator 3 and a reservoir 5 for mascara or mascara 6. This set, contrary to those of the current state of the art, it is extra flat. The applicator 3 is provided with a flat handle 7 and an extra flat part 9 provided with hairs directly fixed on this handle, parallel to the plane thereof. The part provided with hairs 9 is constituted by several bundles 12 of aligned hairs, the hairs 11 being able to be of different lengths, shapes, diameters, sections and natures, depending on the load, small or important, that it is desired to provide on the keratin fibers. Thus, the regulation of the load is made at the level of the hairs according to the configuration and the nature thereof. These hairs have a diameter that goes in general from 0.02 to 1.5 mm. At least part of the area equipped with breastplates 9 is immersed in ef mascara. The hair part 9 has an effective overall length to ensure optimum loading of the keratin fibers, and in particular the eyelashes. In particular, this length is 4 to 60 mm, preferably from 5 to 40 mm. The handle 7 is mounted on a cover 15 that performs the mission of cover and is suitable to be adjusted under pressure (throat 2, impeller 4) on the tank 5. This tank 5 has a neck 17 whose internal part 29 is equipped of a drainer 19, one end of which, 22, located opposite the sleeve 15 is fixed on this neck 17. In another embodiment of the invention, this end 22 can rest on the neck level 17 of the reservoir 5. The handle 7 comprises, at the level of end 22 of the squeegee, a sealing system. This can be a joint 21, as shown in this figure, or also a washer that rests on a clamp. The drainer 19 comprises, opposite its fixed end 22, a free end 24 in which an oblong or crushed ellipse-shaped opening 8 is provided, and whose larger dimension is oriented following the first direction defined above, for smoothing The hairs follow their geometric axis when the applicator is removed and to regulate the filling of the interstices by the product that is between the hairs. The drainer may have, at its end 24, another system of stability which may be used alone or in conjunction with the sealing system 21 of the handle. It can also present reliefs 31 on its inner wall 23 in order to create a depression in the tank when the applicator is removed. The particular configuration of the part provided with hairs and the drainer prevents the unpleasant suction noise and the product projection, observed in the known packaging. The drainer can be made of a rigid or semi-rigid material; this material being preferably chosen among elastomers or thermoplastic materials. The reservoir 5 can be a tube of flexible material. The user can then regulate the draining operation by simple pressure on the reservoir, at the level of the drainer. This can be achieved by one or more longitudinal slots 27 open on the squeegee, following the longitudinal axis of the hairs. In the embodiment of this figure 1, the conditioning assembly is closed and the drainer opening 8 is located opposite the fixed end 26 of the hair part. It is possible to place this opening 8 in front of the handle 7, as shown in Figure 4. A part of the handle 7 is then submerged in the reservoir 5. In this case, the drainer must be configured according to the shape of the handle to ensure, when the applicator is removed, the cleaning of the handle and of the part with hairs 9, always in the longitudinal direction of the shoulders 11. The part with hair is in this case a thickness substantially equal to that of the handle.
Specifically, when the user removes the applicator 3 from the reservoir 5, the hairs 1 1 are drained at the level of the opening 8 of the end 24 of the drainer 19. If this drying is done parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hairs, it does not occur the shear effect on the formula of the mascara. At the end of the extraction of the applicator, the user slightly tilts this applicator and the end of the hairs is automatically cleaned by rubbing the hairs along the inner wall of the squeegee or on the edge of the drainer opening, as represented in figure 5. To facilitate the extraction, a part of the handle can be flexible. Such a conditioning set thus allows compositions to be used that are generally sensitive to the shear phenomenon and opens the door to new mascara formulas. FIG. 2 shows in a more detailed section the drainer 19 provided with its oblong-shaped opening 8, suitable for the applicator according to the invention. Such a drainer can be used to obtain a significant load of liquid. The squeegee may be provided with reliefs on its opening 8. In particular, it may be provided with an indentation 30a, as shown in Figure 3a. In another embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 3b, the scanner may be flocculated. Its inner wall will then be provided with small particles 30b due to flocculation. Such squeegees are used to obtain a light load of the hairs and, therefore, of the keratin fibers.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rime! can be contained in a flexible cartridge 20, shown in Figure 4, which will have an opening 25. The opening 25 has a section equal to the internal section of the neck 17 of the tank, the edge of this opening 25 being caught between the wall internal 29 of the neck 17 and the end 22 of the drainer 19. The end 24 of the drainer 19 is located inside the internal flexible portfolio 20. The broken lines represent the position of the flexible portfolio 20 when the applicator has started to be removed. The walls 10 of the flexible portfolio ", as a result of a depression, are then sucked and glued along the part provided with hairs, 9; The latter is then loaded with mascara, the latter extending over the part provided with hairs 9 by the internal walls 10 of the flexible wallet 20. This flexible portfolio also prevents the applicator from being removed, the product accumulation in the vicinity of the drainer, due to the plunger effect observed on the known conditioning assemblies. It thus prevents the clogging of the squeegee. Such a mascara conditioning assembly is of a very simple embodiment; It can be made in any material customarily used for the manufacture of cosmetic accessories. Since the applicator may not include a metallic central core, the conditioning assembly object of the invention can be made only with organic materials, and in particular only with plastic materials, being thereby completely recyclable.
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is that which is clear from the present description of the invention. Having described the invention as above, property is claimed as contained in the following:
