Abstract
El ácido acrílico puede ser producido eficientemente al sujetar la acroleína a la oxidacion en fase gas catalítico, en presencia de un gas catalizador deoxido basado en molibdeno/vanadio, preparado mediante el uso de substancias particulares como materias primas de los elementos metálicos individuales que constituyen el catalizador. Un ejemplo preferible de tal catalizador es preparado mediante el uso, como materias primas de vanadio, metavanadado de amonio y al menos un oxido de vanadio en el cual la valencia de vanadio es mayor de 0, pero menor de 5; como la materia prima de cobre, nitrato de cobre; y, al menos como parte de la materia o materias primas de antimonio, al menos un oxido de antimonio en el cual la valencia del antimonio es mayor de 0, pero menor de 5.
