Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de nanopartículas de lípidos que incluye una macromolécula conjugada con un polímero y un agente de direccionamiento. La composición puede incluir un agente terapéutico. El agente terapéutico puede ser un oligonucleótido antisentido (ASO). ASOs de ejemplo apuntan a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica Akt-1 y que modula la expresión of Akt-1; o apunta a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica HIF-1 y que modula la expresión de HIF-1. También se describe una composición de nanopartículas de lípidos que incluye una macromolécula conjugada con un polímero y un agente terapéutico que es un ASO tal como un ASO apuntado a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica Akt-1 y que modula la expresión de Akt-1 o un ASO apuntado a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica HIF-1 y que modula la expresión de HIF-1. Se describen también formulaciones farmacéuticas, métodos para hacer la nanopartícula de lípidos y métodos para usar la nanopartícula de lípidos, por ejemplo para tratar cánceres.
