Abstract

Cuando una combinación de pulpas que tienen diferentes velocidades de absorción de solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino como material de partida, las condiciones de contacto tales como la temperatura de contacto y el tiempo de contacto tienen que ser cambiadas frecuentemente, dependiendo de la velocidad de absorción de las pulpas actualmente procesadas, provocando mediante esto un problema de productividad reducida. Para resolver el problema, se provee un método para producir celulosa alcalina, que comprende por lo menos las etapas de: traer dos o más tipos de pulpas que tienen diferentes velocidades de absorción de solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino en contacto con una solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino para obtener un producto de contacto y drenar el producto de contacto, en donde la velocidad de absorción más alta no es de más de 4.0 veces tan rápida como la velocidad de absorción más baja.
