Abstract

La cápsula (1) para la preparación de una bebida en un dispositivo centrífugo de extracción (50) suministrando líquido en la cápsula y girando la cápsula a lo largo de un eje de rotación (1) en el dispositivo para producir fuerzas centrífugas sobre el líquido, en donde la cápsula (1) comprende paredes de contención que forman una cámara interior (2) que contiene ingredientes para bebidas (3); dichas paredes de contención que comprenden una tapa (4) y una pared lateral (5) que se extiende substancialmente revolucionaria alrededor de un eje central (1) y una pestaña periférica (8) que se extiende de manera periférica en dirección radial a dicho eje (1), dicha pestaña (8) que comprende una base anular (9) que se extiende hacia fuera y un medio de válvula (10) conectado con dicha base anular, dicho medio de válvula (10) que se extiende en una dirección (A) transversal a dicha dirección radial (B) y que se configura con al menos una porción de válvula capaz de flexionarse (11) que se flexiona para dejar un paso transversal tras la presión centrífuga ejercida por el líquido que fluye en el mismo, cuando la cápsula se gira alrededor del eje (1) durante la extracción centrífuga en donde la pestaña periférica (8) forma una parte de extensión de la pared lateral (5) y es independiente de dicha tapa (4).
