Abstract
Se proporcionan: un material de alambrón de acero para un resorte de alta resistencia, que no experimenta el aumento en resistencia a la deformación que surge del aumento en dureza y puede mostrar una buena capacidad de procesamiento de estirado de alambre y similar, incluso cuando se elimina un tratamiento térmico que deteriora la productividad, o un tratamiento térmico simplificado y rápido se emplea en su lugar; un método útil para producir el material de alambrón de acero para un resorte de alta resistencia; un resorte de alta resistencia producido usando el material de alambrón de acero para un resorte de alta resistencia como material; y otros. Este material de alambrón de acero para un resorte de alta resistencia es un material de alambrón de acero que ya se ha laminado en caliente, y tiene una textura que tiene una composición química especificada y compuesto principalmente de perlita, en el que el valor promedio (Pprom) de los números de tamaño de nódulos de perlita y la desviación estándar (Ps) de los números de tamaño de nódulos de perlita cumplen las siguientes fórmulas (1) y (2), respectivamente: (1) 9,5 = Pprom = 12,0; y (2) 0,2 = Ps = 0,7.
