Abstract
Un sistema y método para codificar video en el que los artefactos de eliminación de bloques se reducen mediante el uso de filtrado modificado que se basa, al menos en parte en la intensidad de los píxeles asociados con una unidad de codificación, de manera que los niveles de filtrado aumentan a medida que aumenta la intensidad de los píxeles.
