Abstract

Se presenta un método y aparato de decodificación de video para, durante la codificación y decodificación de video, adquirir la información de resolución de vector de movimiento de un flujo de bits al usar una sintaxis de alto nivel, que es un conjunto de piezas de la información que será aplicada a un grupo predeterminado de unidad de datos, determinar una resolución de vector de movimiento de un bloque actual, que es incluido en el grupo predeterminado de unidad de datos, en función de la información de resolución de vector de movimiento, determinar, como un vector previsto de movimiento del bloque actual, un vector de movimiento de un bloque candidato de entre los bloques candidatos de los cuales existe al menos uno en función de la resolución de vector de movimiento del bloque actual y determinar un vector de movimiento del bloque actual al usar el vector previsto de movimiento del bloque actual.
