Abstract
La invención se refiere a conjugados de compuestos biológicamente activos, en donde tal conjugado se compone de una secuencia de aminoácidos que contiene un tripéptido que confiere escisión selectiva por el homogenado de tejido tumoral para la liberación de fármaco libre y/o mejora la biodistribución en el tejido tumoral en comparación con el homogenado de tejido normal de la misma especie, en donde el tejido normal es el sitio de un evento adverso asociado con la administración a un sujeto humano que lo necesita de una cantidad con eficacia terapéutica de un conjugado de comparación cuya secuencia de aminoácidos es un dipéptido que se conoce que es escindible selectivamente por Catepsina B.
