Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir un ingrediente alimenticio de alto contenido proteico a partir de un subproducto de la vinaza entera producido en un proceso de molienda en seco de granos que contienen almidón para obtener un producto de fermentación, así como a mezclas de enzimas usadas en los procesos para distribuir una mayor cantidad de la proteína del subproducto de la vinaza entera en la fracción de alto contenido proteico, en lugar de permanecer retenida en la torta húmeda, con el fin producir un ingrediente alimenticio de alto contenido proteico.
