En el presente documento se describen polipéptidos del clado de fitasa robustos con elevada Tm y fragmentos de los mismos. También se describen métodos para producir el clado de fitasa robusto con elevada Tm modificado por ingeniería genética y fragmentos del mismo y el uso del mismo para potenciar el rendimiento animal.
