Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan novedosos anticuerpos anti-CD27 y anti-PD-L1, y dominios de fijación de estos, así como constructos biespecíficos y un dominio de fijación anti-CD27 ligado a un dominio de fijación anti-PD-L1. También se proporcionan en la presente métodos para estimular la actividad de linfocitos T, métodos para inducir o mejorar una respuesta inmunitaria y métodos para tratar una enfermedad o afección (por ejemplo, cáncer) mediante la administración de los constructos biespecíficos, anticuerpos, o fragmentos de fijación al antígeno de estos, o composiciones descritas en la presente a un paciente que lo necesite.
