Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una lámina de acero con excelente maquinabilidad en frío durante la conformación y un proceso para producir la lámina de acero. La lámina de acero de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene una composición la cual contiene, en términos de % en masa, 0.10-0.40% C, 0.01-0.30% Si, 0.30-1.00% Mn, 0.0001-0.020% P, 0.0001-0.010% S, y 0.001-0.10% Al, con el resto que comprende Fe e impurezas inevitables, y se caracteriza porque (a) la relación de la cantidad de granos de carburo presentes en los límites de grano de ferrita con la cantidad de granos de carburos presentes dentro del grano de ferrita excede 1, (b) los granos de ferrita tienen un diámetro de 5-50 µm, (c) la anisotropía de valor r en plano |?r| es 0.2 o menos, (d) la dureza Vickers es 100-150 HV, y (e) en la pieza de la lámina de acero, la cual se ubica a una profundidad de 1/2 el espesor de lámina, la relación de intensidad aleatoria para la orientación {311} <011> es 3.0 o menos.
