Abstract
Se proporciona un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero recubierta con una capa de recubrimiento a base de zinc con la cual es posible eliminar un óxido sobre la superficie de una capa de recubrimiento a base de zinc a través del contacto con una solución acuosa alcalina y con la cual es posible evitar un problema relacionado con el aspecto de superficie debido a precipitados generados en una solución acuosa alcalina. El método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero recubierta con una capa de recubrimiento a base de zinc de la primera invención para resolver los problemas descritos anteriormente es un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero recubierta con una capa de recubrimiento a base de zinc que tiene una capa de reacción sobre la superficie de la lámina de acero, el método incluye: poner la lámina de acero recubierta con una capa de recubrimiento a base de zinc en contacto durante 1.0 segundo o más con una solución acuosa alcalina que contiene uno o más agentes quelantes seleccionados de entre gluconato de sodio, glucoheptonato de sodio, citrato de sodio, ácido tartárico, ácido arabónico, ácido galactónico, sorbitol, manita, glicerina, EDTA, y tripolifosfato de sodio en una cantidad total de 0.050% en masa o más y que tiene un pH de 10.0 o más como un pretratamiento antes de la formación de la capa de reacción, y formar la capa de reacción que es una capa de óxido que contiene una sustancia de estructura cristalina expresada por Zn4(SO4)1-x(CO3)x(OH) 6 ?nH2O.
