Abstract

En el presente documento se describe un sistema para medir la disparidad de fijación visual que comprende un aparato de visualización para presentar el contenido visual estereoscópico a un paciente. Un aparato de detección da seguimiento al movimiento del ojo del paciente. Un controlador controla el aparato de visualización para visualizar estereoscópicamente un objetivo de imagen central alternativamente a un ojo izquierdo y un ojo derecho del paciente y sigue el movimiento del ojo durante un período de tiempo en el que la imagen central objetivo se alterna entre el ojo izquierdo y el ojo derecho, y reacomoda progresivamente las imágenes izquierda y derecha de la imagen central objetivo hasta que el paciente percibe que coinciden físicamente las imágenes izquierda y derecha.
