Abstract

Se proporciona un método y dispositivo de envío de datos en la agregación del espectro; cuando se realiza la agregación del enlace descendente sobre la pluralidad de celdas de diversos tipos, el método incluye: información de HARQ de la pluralidad de celdas se centraliza y envía en los subcuadros de enlace ascendente correspondiente a una celda de TDD entre la pluralidad de celdas, en donde la celda de TDD es una celda primaria mientras que otras celdas son celdas secundarias y es dado que una configuración de enlace ascendente-enlace descendente de la celda primaria sea una configuración X, donde X?{0,1,2,3,4,5,6}, los subcuadros de enlace descendente se configuran en cada celda de FDD para un UE de modo que una red puede enviar un PDCCH/un PDSCH para el UE sólo en los subcuadros de enlace descendente configurados mientras el UE detecta y recibe el PDCCH/PDSCH en los subcuadros de enlace descendente configurados.
