Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un ARN que comprende al menos un marco abierto de lectura (ORF) y que comprende al menos una modificación, que aumenta la expresión del péptido o proteína codificados. Además, la invención se relaciona con el uso médico de este ARN modificado administrado a un sujeto mediante inyección por chorro. La invención se relaciona además con una composición farmacéutica y con un kit de partes que comprende el ARN modificado para administración mediante inyección por chorro, de preferencia para utilizarse en el campo de la terapia génica y/o la vacunación genética. Adicionalmente, la invención se relaciona con un método para mejorar la (localizada) de péptidos o proteínas codificadas por ARN en la dermis o músculo (de un mamífero), que comprende administrar el ARN modificado mediante inyección por chorro. Y, por último, la invención se relaciona con un método de tratamiento que comprende administrar el ARN modificado mediante inyección por chorro a un sujeto que necesite del mismo.
