Abstract

La presente invención describe un sistema para un dispositivo oftálmico energizado con un inserto de medios, que incluye elementos microfluídicos sobre el inserto de medioso dentro de él; en algunas modalidades, los elementos microfluídicos pueden ser útiles para el objeto de analizar un analito, tal como glucosa, en una muestra de fluido; adicionalmente, algunas modalidades pueden funcionar con un dispositivo de administración de medicamentos para tratar una condición anormal identificada durante el análisis del analito en la muestra de fluido.
