Abstract

Modalidades de la presente invención proporcionan un método para adquirir una capacidad del UE, una terminal, y una estación base; el método para adquirir una capacidad del UE en la presente invención incluye: recibir, a través de una estación base objetivo, una solicitud de transferencia enviada por un dispositivo de red núcleo o una estación base fuente, donde la solicitud de transferencia lleva primera información de capacidad del UE; y si la primera información de capacidad del UE indica una capacidad incompleta de un UE, después que el UE es transferido a la estación base objetivo, la estación base objetivo determina, de acuerdo con la primera información de capacidad del UE, si se adquiere una capacidad completa del UE; este método implementa que en un proceso de transferencia, la estación base objetivo puede determinar si la información de capacidad del UE recibida está completa, y puede determinar, de acuerdo con la primera información de capacidad del UE, si se adquiere la capacidad completa del UE.
