Abstract
Se diseña un dispositivo médico criogénico para administración de criógeno líquido subenfriado a varias configuraciones de criosondas para el tratamiento de tejidos dañados, enfermos, cancerosos u otros tejidos indeseados, particularmente como se utiliza para la ablación de tejido cardíaco en el tratamiento de fibrilación auricular. El dispositivo es un sistema cerrado o semicerrado donde el criógeno líquido es nitrógeno contenido en las etapas tanto de suministro como de retorno. El dispositivo es capaz de generar criógeno en un estado supercrítico, específicamente nitrógeno supercrítico y se puede utilizar en cualquier sistema se enfriamiento rápido. Al estar diseñado de esta forma, el dispositivo también integra catéteres endocárdicos y sondas epicárdicas.
