Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso para fabricar tira de acero eléctrico de grano orientado (GOES) en donde un acero de aleación de silicio fundido se vacía continuamente en un filamento que tiene un espesor en el rango de desde 50 a 100 mm y se somete a laminado en caliente en una pluralidad de sitios de laminado unidireccional para producir bobinas de tira laminada en caliente finales que tienen un espesor en el rango de desde 0.7 a 4.0 mm seguido por un recocido continuo de la tira laminada en caliente, laminado en frío, recocido continuo de la tira laminada en frío para inducir recristalización primaria y, opcionalmente, descarburización y/o nitruración, revestimiento de la tira recocida, recocido de la tira embobinada para inducir recristalización secundaria, recocido por aplanado térmico continuo de la tira recocida y revestimiento de la tira recocida para aislamiento eléctrico y el producto producido así.
