Abstract

Un metodo y sistema que provee acceso a contenido electronico incluye recibir una solicitud para acceder al contenido electronico desde un dispositivo de usuario, acceder a una ID unica del dispositivo de usuario y comparar el ID unica con una lista de dispositivos de usuario autorizados, la ID unica se utiliza para determinar si el dispositivo de usuario es un dispositivo de usuario autorizado; si el dispositivo de usuario esta autorizado, se provee acceso al contenido electronico, si el dispositivo de usuario no esta autorizado, determinar si se alcanza un numero maximo de dispositivos de usuario autorizados; el dispositivo de usuario se convierte en un dispositivo de usuario autorizado si no se alcanza el numero maximo; si se alcanza el numero maximo de dispositivos de usuario autorizaos, se le puede negar el usuario acceso al contenido electronico o el sistema puede solicitar la desautorizacion de uno de los dispositivos de usuario autorizados para convertir el dispositivo de usuario en un dispositivo de usuario autorizado.
