Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para analizar una propiedad de materia biológica que tiene un contenido de agua, la materia biológica comprende un primer compartimiento relacionado con la propiedad que va a analizarse y un segundo compartimiento que tiene una cantidad de agua proporcionalmente más grande o más pequeña que el primer compartimiento, el método está caracterizado porque comprende: (a) irradiar con luz casi infrarroja muestras múltiples de materia biológica; (b) detectar el espectro casi infrarrojo de cada una de las muestras múltiples; (c) aplicar una técnica de pre-procesamiento al espectro de cada una de las muestras múltiples; (d) cuantificar independientemente la propiedad que va a analizarse para cada una de las muestras múltiples; (e) establecer una serie de preparación a partir de los espectros casi infrarrojos de las muestras múltiples; y (f) identificar estadísticamente la naturaleza de una correlación matemática entre la propiedad que va a analizarse en el primer compartimiento y el contenido de agua en la materia biológica.
