Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a process for anaerobic production of biogas.The process, according to the invention, provides for the mixing of a postalcoholic distillery waste with cattle manure and/or hen's droppings and dispersed meat-processing production waste with the solid phase particle size of 20…100 µm, in the mass ratio of 1 : (0.2…0.7) : (0.1…0.2), respectively, introduction into the mixture of a 50…70% suspension of Aesculus hippocastanum chestnut seeds milled in postalcoholic distillery waste, obtained by crushing and wet milling of chestnut seeds to the dispersion of 0.4…1.0 µm and anaerobic fermentation of the mixture in mesophilic condition at a pH of 6.5…8.5 with periodic stirring, at the same time the suspension is administered in an amount of 0.15…0.40 ml/L.
