Abstract
The invention relates to plants for producing biomethane in biogas composition and can be used in various sectors of agriculture and processing industry for wastewater treatment and biogas production.The combined high-pressure biogas production reactor comprises a cylindrical housing with a tapered bottom (1), connected to a liquid supply pipeline (3) with an electromagnetic valve (31) and a liquid drainage pipeline (4) provided with a siphon (5) and an electromagnetic valve ( 32), a cover (6), the upper part of which is provided with a biogas discharge system, which contains a hydraulic cap lock (7), an electromagnetic valve (33) and a sensor (9) monitoring the CO2 content in biogas, installed on a biogas discharge nipple (8), at the same time on the upper part of the cover (6) is installed a manometer (10) with electrical contacts. Inside the housing (1) are placed a charge (2), a liquid recirculation system, which comprises a vertical pipe (11), placed in the center of the housing (1) and on which are fixed perforated turbulators (13) of conical shape, centering bars (35), which have one end rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the housing (1), and the other end, by means of rollers (12), supports the pipe (11), wherein the lower part of the pipe (11) is made in the form of an inverted funnel (14), and the upper part communicates with distributing pipelines (15), which by means of levers (16) and seals (17) are connected to a drive device (18) with a rod-crank drive, placed on the outside of the housing (1), wherein in the lower part of the housing (1) is placed a pipeline (19) provided with a siphon (20), on which is installed a manometer (21) with electrical contacts, and an electromagnetic valve (34). The reactor also comprises a hydrogen electrolyzer (22), which communicates with the pipeline (19) for hydrogen delivery into the zone of the funnel (14), and which comprises a bulk porous cathode (25) and an inert anode (27), separated by a diaphragm (26), wherein the cathode (25) is connected to the negative pole of a rectifier (28), and the anode (27) - to the positive pole of the rectifier (28), which is provided with a voltage stabilizer (29), an auxiliary tank (23), which communicates with the electrolyzer (22) by means of a piping system and a pump (24). Also, the reactor comprises a control unit (30) for automatic control of the electrolysis hydrogen production process, to which are connected the valves (31, 32, 33, 34), the sensor (9), the manometers (10, 21), the voltage stabilizer (29) and the pump (24).
