The invention relates to chemistry, namely to the synthesis of coordinating compound from the class of salicylideneaminoalcoholates of transition metals and may find its application in medicine and veterinary medicine for prophylaxis and treatment of mycoses.Summary of the invention consists in the synthesis of di-{µ-[N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-(5-chlorosalicylideneiminato(-1))]-(O,N,O,Cl)}-bis-(nitrato-imidazolecopper) of formula:manifesting antimycotic activity.The result of the invention consists in obtaining a coordinating compound manifesting antimycotic activity with respect to sporocidic and mold fungi 1,4 time exceeding the activity of the closest solution.
