Abstract
L'invention concerne des 2,3-benzodiazépines bicyclo- et spirocyclosubstituées à effet inhibiteur de protéine bet, en particulier à effet inhibiteur de brd4 de la formule générale (i), des principes pharmaceutiques contenant les composés selon l'invention, ainsi que leur utilisation prophylactique et thérapeutique contre les affections hyperprolifératives, en particulier contre les affections tumorales.
