Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine à pantographe (1), équipée de lames de coupe, de poinçons préformés de coupe à chaud, et de forets, pour usiner des panneaux, en particulier des dalles et des panneaux icf, comprenant des matériaux alvéolaires ou extrudés en général. Cette machine comprend au moins une première station (1) constituée d'au moins un château (1'), porté par une base (2) qui loge une surface de support (3), le château (1') comprenant : au moins un cadre (5) portant des poinçons-lames de coupe (6) reliés de manière opérationnelle à un chariot porte-cadre (9) coulissant sur des guides, et déplacé au moyen d'une transmission; au moins deux glissières (23) pour assurer un fraisage, effectué par un outil (24) monté sur une électrobroche (25) positionnée sur un chariot (14); au moins un cadre (15) portant des fils électriques (16) présentant des fils électriques (16) fixes ou mobiles, fonctionnellement connectés à un chariot porte-cadre (19) coulissant sur des guides (10) et déplacé au moyen d'une transmission, lesdits fils électriques (16) étant conçus pour être déplacés en interpolation selon les directions verticale et horizontale de manière à effectuer une découpe inclinée sans limitation de gradation et/ou en fonction d'un profil curviligne spécifique pour la production de n'importe quel type d'artéfact sans limitations.
