  • Address

  • Bag Policy
    • Maverick Park is a CLEAR BAG facility. Clear bags and small clutch-sized purses are the only bags allowed at entry.

  • Entrance Gates
    • Gates to Maverick Park will open 60 minutes prior to first pitch. 
  • Face Masks
    • Per mandate from the City of Omaha, face masks are required to enter this facility. Also, as recommended by the CDC, public-facing Maverick Park event staff members are required to wear face masks. This is subject to change based on state or county health directives.
  • Food & Beverage
    • Food and beverage provided by SAVOR Omaha will be in operation with the following changes:
      • Concession stands will operate as “cash free” environments. All major debit and credit cards will be accepted.
      • Concessions will be open with plexiglass barriers in place for the safety of staff and guests.
      • Food and beverages may be consumed only when guests are in their seats.
      • All food and beverage products in both concessions and premium areas will be served either in enclosed containers or wrapped. Only bottled, non-alcoholic beverages and canned beer will be served.
  • Guest Signage
    • Reminders are posted throughout Baxter Arena to encourage social distancing, to mark entrances and exits and to promote good hygiene.
  • Parking
    • Parking is free and is first come, first serve in Lot 26 located across from Maverick Park.

  • Social Distancing
    • Seating configurations will utilize social distancing guidance from the Nebraska Governor’s office.
    • Guests will be expected to limit their movements in and around Maverick Park to reduce congestion.
    • Guests are expected to practice physical distancing when entering and exiting the facility.
    • Additionally, Maverick Park will be cleared immediately after each event to help prevent groups from gathering and continue a safe, socially-distanced space. This will include park staff, coaching staff, student-athletes, fans, etc.
  • Ticketing Policies
    • Tickets may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, www.omavs.com/MyMav or charged by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or 402-554-2001.
    • IMPORTANT: Maverick Park is accepting admission via tickets on our mobile app (download via Google Play Store or Apple store – “Omaha Mavericks Athletics”) or via cell phone (save to Google wallet/Apple wallet via www.omavs.com/mymav site).
    • We are also accepting print at home tickets, which may be accessed at home via computer at www.omavs.com/MyMav.
    • All tickets will be digital and scanned with limited staff member-to-guest contact.
  • Will Call - Pass List
    • The will call and pass list will be located at the Maverick Park box office located just outside the main gate. If your tickets are at will call, or your name is located on the pass list, please go to the Maverick Park box office and present identification to the box office attendee to receive your tickets.
