Abstract
This paper describes our experiences in developing and running the WebCMS course management system in the School of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of New South Wales. We analyse the usage of the system via a range of techniques, draw some conclusions on its current usage, and suggest some future directions for the project.
