Hi urloserkatie. Yes for sure. You download the file relevant to your OS. E.g. if you are using Windows then download the Windows file for the game. Then you just find that file in your downloads folder, right click and unzip or extract it into a new folder somewhere and there will be an executable you can run for the game in that extracted folder.
