Content Rules & Guidelines
All content on ManyVids must abide by and respect our Content Rules as set forth herein (the “Content Rules”), and Community Guidelines. Content includes pictures/images, vids, store items, live streaming or broadcasts, and other materials, including but not limited to, text, graphics, data, audio messages, comments, reviews, memberships, gratuities, contests, tangible goods provided, sold, offered or posted by Creators or Members on ManyVids.
All content is subject to immediate removal if found in violation of the Content Rules, or if deemed inappropriate at our discretion. All Content Rule violations are documented and may be communicated to authorities. It is the responsibility of the Creator to ensure that their content is within the Content Rules.
We reserve the right to permanently ban violators of our Content Rules from ManyVids at any time.
The following are considered Content Rule violations:
1. Non-Verified or Underage material (real or simulated):
- any individual under 18 years old (or content which refers to any individual under 18 years old generally); or reference to infants, newborns, or children in any way.
- any co-performers, unless you have obtained co-performer documentation which confirms that all co-performers shown, included, or referred to in your content are at least 18 years old, and you have written consent from each individual to use the content. (Note: we must collect documentation for all co-performers, even bypassing within the background of scenes, or voice-only performers).
2. Public nudity:
- Content recorded or broadcasted from a country, province, or state where public nudity is illegal; or
- Content recorded or broadcasted from a location or scene in which there is no specific permission or consent from the location owner (E.g., Public shops, parks, gyms, location rentals)
3. Illegal activities, or otherwise unacceptable content that contains or depicts:
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia (Please check your local laws for what drugs are deemed illegal.);
- Weapons or firearms;
- Necrophilia;
- Bestiality, or sexually explicit scenes in which animals appear;
- Vomit;
- Scat/feces;
- Urine consumption;
- Real Incest;
- Blood;
- Escorting, prostitution, sex trafficking, and/or in-person meetups;
- Crushing of any animals. Such as, but not limited to crabs, lobsters, spiders, fish, scorpions, lizards, etc.;
- Violence and/or abuse, self-harm, or suicide. (including but not limited to cannibalism, horror/snuff, or any promotion of violence or illegal activities; or
- Hateful Content – Offensive or hate speech and display based on race, color, sex, religion, gender, disability, nationality or towards any other disadvantaged or marginalized group is NOT permitted.
4. Non-consensual Sex:
- All performers must have consented to the creation of all content in which they are depicted. If for any reason in content performer(s) appear to be filming or participating without their knowledge, or it is deemed that the scene was completed without full ability for all performers to consent (e.g., They are asleep, pretending to sleep, are passed out, unconscious, or deemed under the influence beyond consent, etc.) then the content in question would be in violation of this rule. All performers must be able to make sound decisions. This includes being willing to move away or discontinue participation at any time (E.g., We do not permit the use of chemicals, or any simulated depiction thereof, to render someone unconscious or intoxicated, hypnosis, etc.)
5. No rape or forced sex, whether real or simulated.
6. NSFW Profile & Contest Images. Your contest photo, account profile photo, image or avatar must be safe and acceptable to a public audience. Details about what is considered acceptable or SFW Avatar content can be found in the Terms of Service for Uploaders, section 3.6.
7. Advertising External Links. Information about our policy is available here.
8. Failing to follow our Community Guidelines, which requires all site-users to foster a respectful and supportive Community for everyone. (Including but not limited to no harassment, bullying, doxing, spamming, etc.).
9. Failing to respect our Terms of Service for Uploaders or Terms and Conditions for Users & Members.
10. Takedowns/ DMCA violation (Digital Millennium Copyright Act):
- Any content uploaded to your account in which any necessary co-performer(s) documentation is not provided in a timely manner.
- Any content uploaded to your account for which you are not the intellectual property owner (Note: You can submit a takedown request for content you appear in at any time. Click here for more information).
We cater to a wide variety of content types in our various Communities, some of which may be considered offensive to some viewers. If there is content posted that goes against Content Rules or our Community Guidelines, it will be reviewed and removed immediately. Please note we also encourage community reporting, and we ask that if you come across content that does not respect our Content Rules or any Platform Rules, please report it.
