Mutanen Nanumba ƙabila ce da ƙasarsu ta gargajiya ke a kudu maso gabashin yankin Arewacin Ghana. Suna jin Nanugli (var. Nanuni), yaren Gur.[1][2]

Ya zuwa shekara ta 2000, an kiyasta yawan mutanen Nanumba a Ghana a 78,812.[3]

Ko da yake Nanumba ƙungiya ce ta al'adu da harshe iri ɗaya, amma suna da alaƙa da Dagomba a arewa da gabas da Mamprusi a arewa, kuma fiye da Mossi na Burkina Faso. A al'adance kakanni na farko na manyan manyan layukan tsoffin 'yan'uwa uku, da manyan Mossi sun fito ne daga 'yar layin Mamprusi. Abubuwan da aka buga sun haɗa da maganganun da aka nakalto na masu magana da Mampruli: Ti ŋmampurisi, Yooba, Naanumma ni Moosi piiligu nyɛ la Kyama maa "Asalin mu Mamprusi, Dagomba da Nanumba ya kasance a cikin Chama",[2] Ti zaa nyɛ la yimmu "Dukkanmu ɗaya ne. (Mamprusi, Dagomba, Nanumba)"[4] and tattaunawa in [passim][5]

Babban birni na Nanumba shine Bimbilla, ƙaramin gari wanda ke aiki a matsayin babban birnin gundumar Nanumba ta Arewa a Arewacin Ghana.[6] Har ila yau, babban birnin jihar Nanumba ne kuma wurin zama na Mai Martaba Nanumba, Bimbilla Naa.[7]

A cikin wannan tsarin Bimbilla Naa tare da kujerarsa a Bimbilla shine Babban Hakimin kabilar Nanumba.[8] A al'adance, babban hakimin Mampurugu (NaYiri) ya nada manyan hakimai kai tsaye daga Mampurugu a cikin 'kanin'uwa' da 'jikar' jahohin 'ya'ya', amma shekaru da yawa ana amincewa da NaYiri game da sababbin abubuwan da suka dace kuma an yi sabani game da muhimmancinsa. Nanumba na da dangantaka ta kud da kut da Dagomba, amma da kyar babbar kungiyar ba ta yi musu iko kai tsaye ba.[9]

A Ghana ta zamani akwai majalisar sarakuna inda al'amuran gargajiya ke da dandalin tattaunawa a matakin kasa.[10]

Musulunci shi ne addinin Nanumba da Dagomba da aka fi sani da kuma siffa, wato Nanumba wanda bai kai Dagomba ba, duk da cewa mutane da yawa ma suna tuntubar masu duba wadanda ba musulmi ba suna ba da sadaka ga kakanni da sauran wuraren ibada.[11] Akwai Kiristoci kaɗan, galibi ’yan Katolika na Roman Katolika.[12]

Bayan bukukuwan Musulunci guda biyu; Eid al-Fitr da Eid al-Adha, Nanumba na bikin Bugum Chugu, Damba da Naa Jigli.[13][14][15]
